Optimism is in the air

It’s been about a year since we were told to hunker down for our safety due to the COVID 19 pandemic. There was so much uncertainty in the world but this was also around the same time that Triangle bakery was really getting going.

We received a lot of positive feedback and encouragement from the keto / sugar free community which we are so thankful for. The feedback confirmed there is an unmet need in the community that we could help with. We learned a lot in our first year of operation and are very thankful for every lesson.
